Members Celebrate Our Union Family at 804 Picnic


More than 600 members and their families enjoyed a day of food and friendship at the Local 804 picnic on Saturday, Aug. 28.

The cookout was dedicated to the memory of long-time Local 804 union representative Anthony Gallo who always worked the grill at our union picnics.

This year’s event was a true family affair with games for the kids, inflatable jumpers, cotton candy, a clown, face painting and more.  The adults got in on the action with a volleyball match. .  

Special thanks to Jerry Moy, Anthony Marchesse, Stu Goldstein, and Larry Richmond for keeping the ribs, burgers and hot dogs rolling all day long.  And thanks to Denise Oringer who organized the activities for the kids.  

Congratulations to Trevor King, a 22.3 Teamster from 43rd Street, won the grand prize a 32” Flat Screen TV.
